We're looking for a reliable, organized, and upbeat Office Assistant to help keep our workplace running smoothly. If you enjoy supporting a team, staying organized, and keeping things moving, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Support -- Filing, scanning, photocopying, and organizing documents
- Mail Handling -- Assist with incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
- Workspace Upkeep -- Keep shared areas tidy (kitchen, meeting rooms, supply closets)
- Supply Management -- Refill supplies and notify the supervisor when stock is low
- Errands -- Run occasional local errands
- Admin Assistance -- Support staff with basic administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Jobcore experience is a plus, but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous office experience is a plus, but not required
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, email)
