Deputy Program Manager - LG PBL

Serve as a second in command supporting the Program Director in the successful execution of all Landing Gear Performance Based Logistics (LGPBL) program activities. Responsible for management of the repatriation process, supply chain and Business Management System in support of LGPBL. Assists the Contract Manager in observing contract compliance, producing CDRLs and reports, and liaising with the customer and operator. Additionally, this person is responsible for the proper utilization, capability and accuracy of data within the MIS. Such responsibility includes maintaining relevancy and adequacy of all program data and reporting capability.
What you will be responsible for:
- Support a wide variety of program execution activities in operational, managerial, administrative, and financial disciplines, among others, as directed by the Program Director
- Responsible for internal program metrics and financial/operational reporting
- Responsible for management and execution of program repatriation activities
- Oversee overall program supply chain performance supporting remanufacturing activities
- Facilitate periodic Program Management Review meetings with the customer
- Support continuous improvement and standardization plans necessary to achieve program quality, delivery and cost targets at all program operating locations
- Anticipate problems and work to proactively mitigate them
- Travel is required
- All other duties as assigned.
