Job Description:

Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world

As Specialist Product Engineer you will play a key role for Product contact in the division of Automotive Division in our Plant here in San Luis Potosi. In this role you will be able collaborate with Divisions and work on projects focusing on automation, productivity, etc., Management of Change, Product Quality, design and new product introduction. You will be able to work with other Staff areas across the organization.

The impact you will make in this role

• You will lead Automation Projects.

• You will lead Productivity Projects.

• You will interact with Business, Divisions and the local manufacturing.

• You will be able to bring growth for the plant.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

• Chemical Engineer / Mechanical/ Mechanical & Electrical Engineer / Manufacturing Engineer / Mechatronic Engineer or any similar Engineering that can feed the profile concluded.

• Minimum one year of experience in Manufacturing, Product & Process, Automotive sector in similar roles.

• Intermediate/advanced English level.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• SAP, APQP, PPAP FMEA, SPC & MSA, Project Management Knowledge

• Office, Statistic, Communications skills

Work Location: This role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work in the San Luis Potosí plant.

Travel: 5% domestic/international when required.
