 Hold a UK/EASA Part 66 B1 or B2 licence and can gain easyJet company

Type authorisations

 Have at least 5 years’ operational experience in a line or base

maintenance environment, ideally with recent Maintenance Control experience

 Bring extensive Airbus A320 family experience

 Enjoy working in a fast-paced, energetic team and thrive on solving

operational problems

The Team
Our Engineering and Maintenance team is renowned for innovative solutions and technical excellence. As part of this team, you’ll engage with all aspects of the airline’s operation, delivering the highest standards of aircraft performance and playing a key role in maintaining Europe’s highest technical reliability.

The Role
As a Maintenance Controller, you’ll embrace change and drive improvements within the business. You’ll work closely with colleagues and external partners to ensure our fleet operates safely and efficiently. You’ll be responsible for:

 Supervising and supporting operational maintenance activities

 Ensuring compliance with Part 145 regulations and Airline Part CAMO

requirements

 Communicating effectively with internal and external suppliers and

customers

 Escalating and communicating developing issues to management

 Maintaining a high degree of customer focus

 Working both independently and as part of a team across all levels of

the organisation

 Demonstrating flexibility to meet deadlines and overcome operational

challenges

What we’re looking for

 UK/EASA Part 66 B1 or B2 licence with ability to gain company Type

authorisations

 Minimum 5 years’ operational experience in line/base maintenance,

ideally with Maintenance Control background

 Extensive Airbus A320 family experience

 Proven supervisory experience in aviation engineering

 Strong knowledge of Part 145 regulations, Airline Part CAMO

requirements, and relevant legislation (CAA, EASA, FOCA)

 Good understanding of maintenance schedules

 Ability to gain and hold a Luton airside pass

 Excellent communication, leadership, organisational and time management

skills

 Knowledge of AMOS IT system is beneficial

 High customer focus and ability to work effectively in a team and

independently

 Willingness to be flexible to meet business needs
