Operations Team Member

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and team-focused individual to join our store as an Operations Team Member. About The Role
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Part-time
Hours of Work: 6 Hours per week, working Sundays from 10.00am to 4.00pm
As an Operations Team Member, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to- day operations of the store, helping to maintain stock accuracy, product availability, and compliance standards. You’ll work closely with the wider team to ensure the store is well-presented, safe, and ready to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
• Completing stock checks, gap scans, and replenishment picklists accurately
and on time
• Receiving deliveries and investigating any discrepancies in orders or
invoices
• Maintaining stock file integrity and supporting inventory accuracy
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety, food hygiene, and legal standards
(e.g. NOPS, FIAS, HACCP)
• Supporting banking processes and reviewing daily reports for anomalies
• Replenishing shop and yard areas to company standards
• Supporting promotional activity and visual merchandising plans
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation across the site
About You
• Previous experience in retail or operational roles
• Good IT skills and confidence using business systems
• Health & safety awareness and attention to detail
• A proactive, adaptable, and team-focused approach
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• AMTRA, BASIS, or knowledge of FIAS/UFAS/NOPS (desirable)
• NVQ or equivalent in retail (desirable)
