4Seasons Instructor
The 4Seasons Transportation Training Department is growing, and we are looking for confident, professional, and safety-focused Instructors to join our team. Instructors are responsible for leading classroom, virtual, hands-on, and behind-the-wheel training while mentoring and developing TCSs. Successful candidates will be strong communicators who are passionate about developing others, promoting a culture of safety, and upholding 4Seasons’ core values of Safety, Compassion, Leadership, and Adaptability.
Hours: Hours may vary based on training needs and operational requirements.
- Summer hours: approximately 8:30 am – 4:30 pm Monday to Friday
- School Year Hours: part-time hours scheduled between assigned school routes, approximately 10:00 am – 2:00 pm.
Requirements
Eligibility for the Instructor role is based:
- Be a current Driver with 4Seasons Transportation

Have a minimum of 1-year of service with 4Seasons Transportation

Be in good standing as a TCS in respect to attendance, job performance, and safety performance
- Consideration will include a review of HR, Training, and Safety files, time-off requests, coaching conversations, incidents, overall reliability and leadership potential.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate engaging classroom, virtual, hands-on, and behind-the-wheel training sessions
- Deliver 4Seasons’ training programs in accordance with established structured lesson plans, training standards

Provide coaching, mentorship, and feedback to trainees and employees

Identify coaching opportunities and provide recommendations for additional support when required

Support in developing safe driving habits, student management skills, and operational confidence

Maintain accurate training documentation, evaluations, attendance records, and follow-up communication
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment that encourages growth and development
- Reinforce company policies, safety procedures, and transportation best practices
- Lead by example through professionalism, accountability, adaptability, and communication

- Comfortable speaking in front of groups and facilitating training sessions
- Ability to adapt training approaches to different learning styles

- Must maintain a high level of mental alertness and visual acuity.
- Strong physical stamina and good mental health are essential to effectively support students and staff in fast-paced and dynamic environments
- Previous experience as an instructor, trainer, educator or coach is considered an asset
