Product Seeding Executive

The Product Seeding Executive is a key role within WPP Beauty Tech Labs, a bespoke team embedded within Wavemaker and focused on delivering innovative influencer and advocacy marketing for L'Oréal Groupe. Reporting into the WPP Beauty Tech Labs leadership, this role is responsible for developing and executing product seeding strategies across L'Oréal's 32 beauty brands spanning four divisions, connecting the right products with the right creators to generate authentic brand advocacy at scale. Working across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, the role manages the end-to-end seeding process from influencer relationship building and creative kit development through to third-party logistics, dispatch, and performance reporting. Success in this role means building a seeding program that drives measurable impact on brand visibility, sentiment, and consumer engagement across some of the world's most iconic beauty brands, while helping to shape how WPP Beauty Tech Labs builds and scales creator communities for L'Oréal in Australia.

  • You will manage relationships with influencers, creators, and industry tastemakers across L'Oréal's full brand portfolio, overseeing all outreach, communications, and follow-ups to ensure seeding activity is targeted, timely, and impactful
  • The role spans L'Oréal's four divisions (CPD, LUXE, PPD, and LDB), requiring strong coordination across brand teams, the CDMO, and division leads to align seeding programs with broader campaign launches and brand objectives
  • You will lead the end-to-end production and dispatch process, managing third-party supplier relationships across product shipping, warehousing, kitting, and reporting, as well as the design and production of gifting kits developed in partnership with L'Oréal brand teams
  • Performance tracking is central to the role, with platforms including Traackr and proprietary tools used to measure seeding activity and provide data-driven insights that inform and continuously improve future programs
  • The role sits at the intersection of beauty, creator culture, and logistics, offering genuine scope to shape how product seeding is executed at scale for one of the world's most recognised beauty portfolios
  • You will be part of the early rollout of a creator club initiative, with the opportunity to contribute to how WPP Beauty Tech Labs builds long-term creator relationships for L'Oréal in Australia

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in product seeding, influencer marketing, or social media marketing, with a strong understanding of the creator ecosystem and how it operates within the beauty category
  • Hands-on experience working across major social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, with a solid grasp of platform-specific content trends and how they shape seeding strategy
  • Proficiency with influencer marketing platforms such as Traackr, Tagger, CreatorIQ, or equivalent tools for managing relationships, campaign execution, and performance reporting
  • Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end logistics and third-party supplier relationships, including product shipping, inventory management, and kitting processes, with high attention to detail throughout
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with creators, influencers, and internal stakeholders across multiple teams and seniority levels
  • Creative thinking with an eye for aesthetics and brand alignment, and the ability to contribute to seeding experiences that feel distinctive, on-brand, and genuinely engaging for creators and their audiences
  • Exceptional organisational and project management skills, with the ability to run multiple concurrent seeding programs across different brands and deadlines without compromising quality

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience using analytics and social listening tools such as Brandwatch, Google Analytics, or equivalent platforms to track and optimise seeding campaign performance
  • An existing network of influencer and creator contacts within the beauty industry in Australia
  • Experience working across multi-brand accounts in an agency or in-house beauty marketing environment
  • A genuine passion for the beauty industry and a sharp instinct for emerging creators and trends before they reach the mainstream
