We’re looking for a *dynamic, field-based leader* to oversee a multi- territory team of Regional Account Managers (RAMs). This role leads a high- performing team charged with driving measurable growth by developing and scaling a strong, sustainable provider referral network. This is ideal for someone who thrives in a player-coach environment, balancing strategy, leadership, and hands-on execution.
You’ll play a critical role in expanding access to life-changing TMS therapy, partnering with healthcare providers and leading a distributed team to deliver measurable results across regions.
*What You’ll Do*
*Team Leadership & Development*
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10–12 Regional Account Managers across multiple territories, providing consistent field-based guidance to enhance engagement strategies and clinical expertise.
- Drive alignment and performance across regions through structured 1:1s, KPI-driven performance management, and a focus on accountability and best practice sharing.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support strategic hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development to scale regional success.
*Strategic Market Growth*
- Analyze referral trends, territory performance, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities and optimize market strategy.
- Build and expand relationships with key providers, health systems, and referral networks across assigned territories.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Reimbursement to remove barriers and strengthen market presence.
*Execution & Compliance*
- Maintain a strong field presence (up to 70%), supporting RAMs in high-value accounts and complex markets.
- Utilize CRM tools and reporting to evaluate performance and inform data-driven decisions.
- Ensure all activities align with healthcare regulations, company policies, and compliance standards.
*What You Bring*
- 5+ years in healthcare, pharma, or medical device sales
- 3+ years of leadership experience with multi-territory or regional oversight
- Proven success leading distributed teams and driving growth across markets
- Strong analytical mindset and experience using data to inform decisions
- Willingness to travel extensively within region

*Benefits Statement: *Selected candidate will be eligible to participate in the Company’s employee benefit plans, which currently include: health insurance; dental insurance; vision insurance; optional supplemental medical insurance; health savings and flexible spending accounts; company-paid life insurance and additional voluntary life insurance; company-paid short term disability and long term disability insurance; participation in a 401(k) savings and investment plan with company contribution; and paid time off for non-exempt salaried employees is calculated as .625 per pay period worked for vacation time and .29166 per pay period for personal time. Full-time exempt employees will be eligible for Flex-PTO, which allows time off without accrual.
