Join the UK's largest airline as we evolve our digital commerce platforms. As a Software Engineer in our eCommerce team, you'll be a key contributor to our Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) platform - delivering secure, scalable authentication, authorisation, and profile management across web, mobile, and partner channels, and helping shape the future of easyJet's digital customer experience.
What you'll be doing:
Deliver Solutions: Deliver solutions aligned to the agreed technical
direction of the CIAM program within easyJet.
Implement Identity Functionality: Implement customer identity functionality
using established CIAM platforms and services that align with established
Mission architecture.
Write Quality Code : Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code that
meets performance and security standards - ensuring squad-owned components are
designed and implemented in alignment with Mission-level architectural
patterns.
Partner Across Teams: Collaborate closely with the Lead Software Engineer
and cross-functional partners - supporting delivery, contributing to scope
discussions, and raising dependency risks where they impact implementation.
Review Code: Participate in code reviews - providing constructive,
actionable feedback to elevate engineering quality and develop team
capability.
Drive Improvement: Use engineering metrics and feedback to identify issues
in delivered solutions and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering
quality and reliability.
