Job details
We are seeking an experienced and drivenLead HSE Manager to oversee health,
safety, and environmental compliance across key client accounts in the Dublin
/ Leinster region.
This is a senior leadership role requiring strong client engagement, technical
expertise, and the ability to foster a proactive safety culture within high
risk environments.
What you will do
- Provide strategic HSE leadership across key client accounts, acting as the principal advisor and ensuring full legislative and regulatory compliance.
- Lead the development and implementation of robust HSE management systems, policies, and ISO-aligned frameworks.
- Drive risk management excellence through audits, inspections, incident investigations, and proactive corrective action programmes.
- Oversee the delivery of high-impact training and promote a strong, sustainable safety culture across client operations.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on HSE performance, influencing continuous improvement and operational excellence at senior stakeholder level.
- You will be provided with a company van and fuel card.
Who you are
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a senior HSE role.
- Proven experience within construction or high risk environments.
- Experience managing client accounts as a primary HSE advisor.
- Demonstrated experience conducting site audits and risk assessments.
- Experience leading accident/incident investigations.
- Experience implementing and maintaining ISO management systems.
- Strong understanding of Construction Regulations 2013 and duty holder responsibilities.
