Assistant Waterfront Manager

This position is responsible for the oversight of the Dockmasters, Waterfront Supervisors and general operations of the two municipal marinas and surrounding grounds/parks. This position will work closely with the Marina Manager to ensure efficient systems are in place to run the day-to-day operations of the Marina. In addition, this position has financial responsibilities to ensure the proper handling of cash and deposits through the Marina software. This position will also schedule dockmasters, supervisors for their shifts and provide seasonal staff support to ensure a positive workplace.
