- Provides material list for each project.
- Provides cost outs for each project.
- Ensures that work is accomplished in a safe and efficient manner.
- Maintains documentation of each job, from start to finish.
- Resolves issues or conflicts with Plant Supervisor and/or HR.
- Approves or denies vacation, sick and unpaid leave for employees.
- Writes and present annual performance reviews.
- Provides continual feedback to employees in department regarding their work performance.
- Leads by example.
