Accredo Packaging, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support
shipping, receiving, and material handling operations at our Sugar Land, Texas facility. This role plays a critical part in ensuring raw materials are received accurately and efficiently, and finished products are shipped to customers on time.
The Warehouse Associate will work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
and may support multiple warehouse functions, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and internal material movement. This position is ideal for candidates with forklift experience who enjoy hands‑on work and being part of a collaborative operations team.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Safely load, unload, inspect, and stage inbound and outbound shipments

Pull, stage, label, and prepare shipments in accordance with shipping schedules

Process material requests, returns, and internal transfers

Operate material handling equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, and narrow‑aisle equipment

Scan and track material movement using warehouse and ERP systems

Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and end‑of‑month inventory counts

Reconcile inventory discrepancies and assist with stock replenishment as needed
-
Transport raw materials to production areas to support manufacturing operations

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements
-
Cross‑train and support other warehouse and distribution functions as needed

Perform additional duties as assigned by Leads or Management
Qualifications
-
High School Diploma or GED required
-
Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
-
Forklift experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment required
-
Basic computer skills; experience with web‑based software or ERP systems preferred
-
Ability to analyze problems and maintain attention to detail
-
Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures, with or without reasonable accommodation

Team‑oriented with a strong work ethic and flexibility to support varying operational needs

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to perform essential job functions, including:

Lifting up to 50 pounds frequently

Standing and walking for extended periods
