THE TEAM
The ID & Vetting team plays a critical role in ensuring our people can safely and securely carry out their roles across easyJet. The team manages end to end vetting and ID activities for employees, crew, pilots and contractors, helping to maintain the highest compliance standards while delivering a great experience for our candidates and employees.

As the gatekeepers of access to easyJet buildings and airport operations, the team plays an important role in protecting our business and supporting aviation security requirements.

THE ROLE
As an ID & Vetting Coordinator, you'll be responsible for supporting the end to end screening, vetting and ID process for new hires, existing employees and internal movers. You'll work closely with candidates, referees, airports and internal stakeholders to ensure all compliance requirements are met efficiently and accurately.

Typical responsibilities may include;
> Completing vetting and screening checks in line with easyJet, airport authority and regulatory requirements.
> Chasing outstanding references and supporting candidates through the vetting process.
> Reviewing documentation and verifying identity and right to work information.
> Acting as a key point of contact for candidates, colleagues and external stakeholders.
> Supporting the issue of airport and airside passes.
> Managing sensitive personal data accurately and confidentially.
> Recording, updating and maintaining vetting information and databases.
> Performing quality control checks to ensure compliance standards are met.
> Identifying opportunities to improve processes and candidate experience.
