Under general supervision, performs full performance level work in multiple- step clerical tasks calling for interpretation and application of office procedures, rules and regulations. This position schedules inmate visits and verifies the identity of all facility visitors (attorneys, probation/parole, volunteers). Duties may include processing of inmate and facility mail, answering and directing phone calls, sorting and filing documents, and routine data entry.
