Have significant experience leading end-to-end Data Science projectswithin operational, logistics, manufacturing or similarly complex environments

The Team
Our Data Science team sits at the centre of driving smarter, faster and more informed decision making across the business. Working in a collaborative product environment, we partner with stakeholders across operations and technology to solve complex challenges, improve performance and enhance customer experience. This is a team that values curiosity, innovation and real-world impact – combining advanced analytics with commercial thinking to deliver solutions that matter.
The Role
As a Senior Data Scientist, you’ll lead high-impact data science initiatives from concept through to deployment and monitoring, helping solve some of our most important business challenges.
You’ll work across cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Software Engineers and business stakeholders, building scalable analytical solutions that improve operational performance and customer outcomes.
This is a hands-on senior role suited to someone who can independently own projects, influence decision making and balance technical depth with strong stakeholder engagement.
You’ll also:
Lead end-to-end delivery of Data Science projects, from problemdefinition and modelling through to production implementation and monitoring
Analyse complex datasets from multiple sources to answer strategicbusiness questions and identify opportunities for improvement
Develop, validate and deploy predictive, simulation and optimisationmodels to support business performance
Translate technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations fortechnical and non-technical stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a product-led environment tosupport operational and technology transformation initiatives
Mentor junior Data Scientists, providing coaching, technical guidanceand knowledge sharing
Contribute to best practice development, helping strengthen DataScience capability across the organisation
Stay up to date with emerging tools, technologies and methodologies,evaluating opportunities for business application
