Position Overview
The Senior– US Accounts is responsible to manage end-to-end bookkeeping
functions for multiple clients. This role requires strong technical accounting
skills, proficiency in QuickBooks, and the ability to work independently while
supporting process improvements and mentoring junior team members..
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
..· Candidate would perform full-cycle bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online and
QuickBooks Desktop and manage the monthly close cycle for more complex client
accounts· Candidate shall Independently prepare and review financial
statements, reconcile GL’s, bank accounts· Candidate would Complete month-end
and period-end close activities, including trial balances· Candidate would
process payroll using ADP, Gusto, and QuickBooks payroll systems, ensuring
compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.· Candidate would manually
review and match complex or uncategorized transactions· Candidate would review
bookkeeping records and financial reports to identify discrepancies, errors,
and red flags· Candidate would proactively flag potential issues in the books
and recommend corrective actions

Education, Skills & Experience
- B.COM/M.COM/ CA inter/CA/CPA
- 3 to 6 years
- Strong Knowledge on US Accounting
· Perform full-cycle bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop and manage the monthly close cycle for more complex client accounts· Maintain and reconcile general ledger, bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts· Complete month-end and period-end close activities, including trial balances· Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, bank & GL reconciliations.· Process payroll using ADP, Gusto, and QuickBooks payroll systems, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.· Manually review and match complex or uncategorized transactions· Review bookkeeping records and financial reports to identify discrepancies, errors, and red flags· Proactively flag potential issues in the books and recommend corrective actions· Provide guidance, clarification, and direction on accounting treatment and best practices· Review initial bookkeeping prepared by junior bookkeepers· Apply working knowledge of US accounting standards and practices· Ability to multitask and reprioritize within short notice to deliver under tight deadlines.
- Strong organization skills, able to manage various engagements simultaneously and independently manage projects from beginning to delivering a signature ready product
- Reviewer and query resolving skills
- Knowledge of QBO & QBD software is MUST
- Comfortable with US shift. (03:30PM-12.30AM)
