Pest Technician - We'll Train! (Base Salary, Commission & Bonus included)

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Pest Technician will be responsible for an assigned territory to manage and ensure monthly service on accounts are completed. You will also be required to build new business through sales. High commissions are paid on new business, and bonus money is paid each month on service work completed.

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Pest Control Technician will be responsible for :
- Provide guidance for the best extermination processes for the identified infestation source and whether the process will include pesticide use, mechanical traps, blockages, and/or other pest control methods
- Establish contact with potential customers to create new business opportunities
- Follow safety procedures and product instructions at all times when using fumigants, pesticides and power spraying equipment, such wearing protective gear guidelines
- Maintain proper inventory of tools, equipment, and materials in company vehicle
- Manage schedule and route to ensure services are completed in a timely manner
- Address customer needs and optimize their program on-site

Requirements:
- A Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Pest Control experience an asset
- Customer service experience
- Willingness to obtain your Applicator's License
- Sales experience an asset
