ABOUT THIS ROLE

ACC and Pink Sparrow are seeking a highly creative, organized, and culture- obsessed Social Media & Content Manager to help bring the ACC and Pink Sparrow brands to life across social platforms. This role is equal parts content creator, community builder, and brand storyteller, owning day-to-day execution across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Content Creation & Production

  • Create, capture, and edit high-impact, platform-native content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Concept and execute short-form video and static content that is culturally relevant, engaging, and aligned with company’s objectives, including behind-the-scenes moments, activations, and live events
  • Ensure all content reflects ACC and Pink Sparrow’s visual identity, tone of voice, and creative standards
  • Bring strong editing capabilities, with an eye for pacing, storytelling, and platform best practices

BRAND & CHANNEL SUPPORT

  • Support content creation across both ACC and Pink Sparrow, ensuring consistency while tailoring to each brand’s voice
  • Partner with internal teams to surface stories, moments, and work that should be amplified across social channels
  • Leverage social platforms to support recruiting efforts, including promoting open roles and showcasing company culture

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT

  • Own day-to-day publishing across posts, Stories, Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts
  • Build and manage a living content calendar, ensuring consistency and strategic alignment
  • Monitor social trends, platform updates, and cultural conversations to identify real-time content opportunities
  • Track performance metrics and translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Proactively pitch new content series, founder POV formats, and creative concepts

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

  • Manage community engagement by responding to comments, interacting with tagged content, and participating in relevant conversations in a timely, thoughtful, and on-brand voice
  • Flag trends, FAQs, customer feedback, and cultural moments to the broader team
  • Support influencer seeding, reposting, and organic creator amplification

REPORTING

  • Support quarterly reports, campaign recaps, and performance summaries
  • Track KPIs, including reach, engagement, and content performance across social and influencer efforts
  • Monitor competitor benchmarks and industry trends to inform content direction

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAM COLLABORATION

  • Partner with social media leads from other ACC agencies (DKC, MKG, PMK, Hangar Four, etc) to ensure cross-agency social media promotion of different campaigns
  • Partner with business development teams to understand clients and the work we do to help promote on owned media platforms
  • Maintain clear communication across stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met

  • Monthly newsletter
  • Weekly new business win email (the @5)
  • Newly launched “employee spotlight”
  • Co-Lab events (Community mentorship and training seminars)
