We are seeking a highly organized, service-drivenBranch Office Coordinator to join our team in Minneapolis, MN. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in keeping our branch operating seamlessly while delivering an exceptional experience to both our clients and internal teams.
In this role, you will be at the center of daily operations—driving efficiency, supporting critical business processes, and ensuring our office environment reflects the professionalism and excellence of the Equitable brand. This role requires full-time, in-office presence Monday through Friday, aligning with core hours (8:30 AM–5:30 PM) to ensure consistent, real-time support and a high-quality customer experience.
What You’ll Be Doing

Coordinate the intake, sorting, and delivery of incoming correspondence, prioritizing time-sensitive materials

Maintain operational accuracy by logging checks, applications, and forms to the appropriate service centers in a timely manner

Ensure office readiness by managing inventory of supplies and sales materials to support business continuity

Lead office coordination efforts, including client hospitality, equipment upkeep, and vendor engagement for day-to-day needs

Drive training excellence by coordinating Associate Training sessions—developing agendas, managing technology, organizing speakers, and confirming attendance

Enable seamless communication across associates, leadership, and partners to ensure alignment and execution

Support talent acquisition efforts through recruiting coordination and sourcing activities

Deliver a best-in-class experience for clients and associates by ensuring responsiveness, professionalism, and attention to detail at every touchpoint
The base salary range for this position is $54,000 - $60,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.
