Hired candidate will spend their day multi-tasking a wide variety of HR duties to include creative job postings, pre-employment processing, onboarding, new employee orientation, administering benefits, document management, and interpreting policy and procedures among other responsibilities. The ideal candidate is someone who is resourceful, has a great positive attitude, collaborates well with others and has knowledge and experience in pre- employment processing, onboarding, benefits and presentation skills among others.
