What you’ll be doing

• Supporting and leading day-to-day store operations
• Delivering great customer experiences every shift
• Learning how to manage stock, merchandising, and store performance
• Maintaining strong food safety and safety standards
• Stepping up into leadership when your Store Leader is away

** Who we’re looking for**

You don’t need to have done it all before - you just need the right attitude and drive to grow :

• Experience in retail or hospitality
• A positive, hands-on approach and willingness to learn
• A passion for leading and supporting others
• Someone ready to take that next step into leadership
