What you’ll be doing
- Supporting and leading day-to-day store operations
- Delivering great customer experiences every shift
- Learning how to manage stock, merchandising, and store performance
- Maintaining strong food safety and safety standards
- Stepping up into leadership when your Store Leader is away
** Who we’re looking for**
You don’t need to have done it all before - you just need the right attitude and drive to grow :
- Experience in retail or hospitality
- A positive, hands-on approach and willingness to learn
- A passion for leading and supporting others
- Someone ready to take that next step into leadership
** What you’ll get in return**
- $29.51/hr + 12% super + penalties (including higher pay for evenings, weekends & public holidays)
