Description:
The Deputy Site Manager/Operations Manager will support the Defense Logistics Agency's (DLA) Warehousing and Distribution Services contract at Hill AFB, UT. This role includes responsibility for all aspects of contract performance and grants full authority to represent the company in all matters when the Site Manager is unavailable.
What you will be responsible for:
• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of contract execution, including task
management and issue resolution
• Serve as the Alternate Site Manager whenever the Site Manager is
unavailable
• Organize work schedules efficiently to maximize resource utilization
• Build and maintain relationships across all levels of leadership
• Implement cost-saving measures and quality assurance procedures to ensure
tasks are completed effectively and on time
• Perform any additional duties as assigned
