Sales Support at Advanced Fiber Technology

An established and growing organization is seeking a motivated Sales Support professional to assist with business development and client engagement activities.

Responsibilities:

Proactively engage with new and existing clients to promote products and services
Support revenue growth through lead follow-ups and client relationship management
Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and sales information
Maintain accurate client records and update internal systems
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and order processing
Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business

Previous experience in sales, sales support, or customer-facing roles
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven mindset with attention to detail
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple clients
Professional, discreet, and reliable

Physical Demands:

Requires prolonged sitting, standing, and walking during travel, meetings, and events. Must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds of materials or equipment. Frequent travel by car and air, and regular use of a computer and office technology are essential.
