Security Expert

The Security Expert – Physical Security & Loss Prevention is responsible for strengthening MOL Romania’s security and loss prevention framework across retail fuel stations, terminals, and office locations. The role focuses on reducing fuel losses, preventing fraud, overseeing investigations, and optimizing security systems using a risk-based approach.

As a Security Expert, you will be responsible for the following:

• Support Country Security Manager in implementing strategy
• Manager physical security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms)
• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability reviews
• Develop loss prevention measures for fuel, cash, and retail
• Coordinate investigations and coordinate with authorities
• Manage security vendors and ensure KPI performance
• Ensure compliance with regulations and MOL standards
• Deliver training and promote security culture

**To be successful in the role, you should have: **

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• 2-4 years’ experience in security/loss prevention
• Knowledge of analytics and fraud detection tools
• Experience in multi-site environments
• Strong investigation and technical security knowledge
• Analytical thinking, strong communication and stakeholder management
• High integrity and discretion
