We’re looking for a Card Scheme Manager reporting to Global Head of Operations and take ownership of our relationships with Card Schemes and Card Processors. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth card operations, regulatory compliance, and the successful delivery of our Virtual Cards programme, working closely with internal teams to support product growth and continuous improvement.

*What You'll Do*

• Be the primary contact for Card Schemes and Card Processors.
• Lead product enhancements and launch new features.
• Ensure seamless card operations across the entire card lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Risk, Fraud, Compliance, Operations, IT, Finance, and Customer Support.
• Coordinate scheme changes and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Investigate product issues and drive them to resolution.

*What We're Looking For*

• Experience managing card products within a fintech, bank, issuer, or PSP.
• Good understanding of the payment card lifecycle and card operations.
• Knowledge of authorization, clearing, settlement, chargebacks, disputes, and fraud.
• Experience working with Card Schemes and/or Card Processors is a strong advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to turn business needs into clear product requirements.
• A proactive, structured, and ownership-driven mindset with a passion for building great products.
• Hands-on experience with MasterCard and MasterCard connect is an explicit advantage
• Clear communication skills in both speaking and writing English is essential
