BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE ENGINEER

JOB PURPOSE:

Design and Develop the information delivery artifacts including dashboards and reports, as per the business requirements and industry standards.

** KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:**

• Develop information delivery artifacts, adhering to DWH (Data Warehouse) development standards and best practices
• Investigate information issues and come up with possible approaches to address the issues
• Design and develop dashboards and reports using SAP BO products
• Provide documentation for all developed artifacts, including process flow and source target mapping, report design, etc.
• Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting of all data delivery mechanisms
• Work with DBAs to make sure reports/analytics are tuned and optimized.
• Conduct data analysis and comply the results appropriately

Day-to-day management

Follow the day-to-day operations related to own jobs in the department to ensure continuity of work.

Compliance

Comply with all relevant CBE regulations, banking laws, AML regulations and internal CIB policies and code of conduct in order to maintain CIB's sound legal position and mitigate any potential risks
