We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Head Scheduler to join our team. This role is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly and ensuring clear communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule new jobs and maintain an up‑to‑date job calendar
- Communicate daily with construction managers and supervisors
- Print, organize, and track work orders
- Schedule warranty work
- Coordinate workflow to support field teams and project timelines
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and job requirements
What We 're Looking For:
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Knowledge of the Phoenix area
- 1-2 Years of subcontracting scheduling
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Knowledge of supply Pro/Hyphen solutions preferred
- Quick learner with a proactive mindset
- Excellent communication skills with both office and field staff
**Physical Demand: **
This position is primarily performed in an office setting and involves remaining seated for extended periods, operating a computer and standard office equipment, and performing repetitive motions such as typing. The role may occasionally involve standing, walking, bending, or lifting light items up to approximately 15 pounds. The employee must be able to read printed and electronic materials and communicate effectively in person and by phone.
