Role Overview
As Paid Media Manager, you will own the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel paid campaigns across platforms including Google, LinkedIn, and Meta. You'll translate product positioning and audience insights into high-performing campaigns, manage multi-country programs, and collaborate closely with Marketing, Data, and Ops teams to align paid media with broader demand generation goals.
Responsibilities
- Translate product positioning and audience insights into high-performing paid campaigns across key platforms
- Continuously refine campaigns through budget allocation, bidding strategies, creative updates, and audience targeting
- Manage multi-country campaigns, balancing standardization and localization while ensuring compliance
- Run structured tests across keywords, creatives, landing pages, and audiences
- Build and optimize campaigns across all funnel stages to guide prospects effectively
- Partner with cross-functional marketing teams to align strategy and drive customer adoption
- Optimize channel efficiency and ensure measurable pipeline and revenue impact
- Analyze performance and deliver clear, actionable insights
- Ensure accurate tracking and reporting in collaboration with Marketing Ops and Data teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, or demand generation
- Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta with a strong focus on measurable outcomes
- Analytical mindset - able to use website behavior, conversion data, and attribution insights to guide decisions
- Experience managing budgets, targeting, and campaign structures with precision
- Proven track record of running structured experiments across creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies
- Strong collaboration skills across marketing, data, and operations teams
