Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to lead Accounts Receivable (AR) training operations, supporting the development and performance of a large trainee cohort. This role is responsible for delivering structured, high-quality training across key AR domains, including Cash Application, Collections, Billing, DD Run, RDD, Write-offs, Order Management, and Customer Master Setup, while ensuring adherence to defined processes, documentation standards, and performance benchmarks. The individual will manage end-to-end training delivery, monitor process performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and transformation opportunities. Acting as a key liaison with stakeholders, including UK-based clients, the role requires strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills to ensure transparency and alignment. The successful candidate will also take ownership of team leadership activities such as goal setting, performance reviews, career development, and resource deployment, while maintaining high standards of professionalism, discretion, and delivery excellence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage a large group of trainees, ensuring high-quality end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) training.
  • Deliver training across key AR processes, including Cash Application, Collections, Billing, DD Run, RDD, Write-offs, Order Management, and Customer Master Setup.
  • Track and monitor process performance according to a structured training curriculum.
  • Maintain standardized process documentation and obtain timely approvals for updates.
  • Identify and escalate risks proactively, providing mitigation plans as needed.
  • Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders to promote transparency.
  • Present performance dashboards to key stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner.
  • Identify improvement areas, including automation and transformation opportunities.
  • Lead the team by setting clear goals, establishing performance review mechanisms, and driving these processes efficiently.
  • Generate career progression opportunities and ensure adequate team backup.
  • Act as a process SME whenever required during periods when no training sessions are scheduled.
  • Oversee task and team management, including training and performance reviews.
  • Manage bench members, engage them effectively, and connect with stakeholders for their deployment.
  • Always demonstrate professionalism.
  • Ensure discretion and diplomacy when required.

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), with at least 3 years of team handling and/or training experience.
  • Training expertise, including the ability to design assessments and evaluate trainee progress for effective upskilling.
  • Strong knowledge of AR processes, including Cash Application, Collections, Billing, DD Run, RDD, Write-offs, Order Management, and Customer Master Setup.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Exposure to operations and delivery management with end clients.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and trainee engagement
  • Exposure to process improvement, automation, or transformation initiatives will be an added advantage.
