Job Description
Job Responsibilities:

Conduct market research and business / investment feasibility on platform M&A deal opportunities.

Assist the team in macro & research support to maintain up-to-date financial and benchmark data.

Constructing financial models to support investment decisions and strategic planning.

Contribute to understanding and mitigating deal risks and concerns.

Preparing business / investment approval materials.
-
Provide support to the team in real M&A deal execution if opportunity arises.
Job Requirements:
-
Currently pursuing a degree in Finance or Accountancy.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Familiarity with using Bloomberg, CapIQ, and other M&A databases will be advantageous.

Possess the ability to multitask, and passion to acquire new knowledge.

Detail-oriented, meticulous and able to connect insights to broader business goals
