In this role, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining advanced network security and cybersecurity solutions across diverse client environments and ensure SLA compliance through preventive maintenance, proactive monitoring, and L3 troubleshooting to resolve complex issues and safeguard mission critical systems by collaborating with clients, vendors, and cross functional teams, they integrate security seamlessly into broader architectures and projects. The role drives innovation by adopting new technologies, anticipating emerging threats, and shaping future ready security strategies through technical expertise and trusted client engagement.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Design, deploy, and maintain cybersecurity solutions (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, endpoint protection) across client environments.
- Ensure system security and SLA compliance through monitoring, preventive maintenance, and advanced (L3) troubleshooting.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and risk analysis with remediation strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver secure, integrated solutions while managing progress, tickets, and SLAs.
- Lead incident response, enforce security policies, maintain documentation, and stay updated on emerging threats and technologies.
