About the role
In this position, you will support the global Marketing team in strengthening and positioning the Pointsharp brand across markets and scaling the use of AI in marketing activities. You will contribute to a variety of marketing activities with a strong focus on digital communication, content creation, and campaign support.
The role offers a hands-on opportunity to work across different areas of marketing – from content development and campaign execution to events and CRM- related tasks – giving you broad exposure to both strategic and operational marketing work in an international environment.
What you'll do
- Support the global Marketing team with a wide range of marketing activities, with a focus on AI-driven improvements

Help introduce and integrate AI into existing marketing workflows and processes

Support the planning, organization, and follow-up of both digital and in-person events

Create and write engaging, creative content for corporate marketing channels, including website, email marketing, and social media

Conduct research and contribute ideas for marketing initiatives

Work with Zoho (our Marketing and CRM platform) and support related tasks

Assist with various ad hoc marketing tasks as needed
What we're looking for
- You are studying business informatics, marketing, or a related field, and are in the final stages of your Bachelor’s degree or in the early semesters of your Master’s program
- You have a strong interest in software, IT and AI, and are eager to apply them in a business/marketing context
- You have excellent communication skills and are fluent in both German and English, written and spoken
- You are a fast and eager learner, a reliable team player, and comfortable taking ownership of your tasks
- You are available to work approximately 15 hours per week
- You are able to work at least one day per week from our office in Karlsruhe
