Summary
Responsible for serving as Lead on large and complex projects. The Business Process Management function is responsible for an end-to-end process analysis and design with an understanding of technical and operating challenges and solutions as they relate to the current and future business environment. Role creates process change by integrating new processes with existing ones and communicating these changes. Subject matter expertise is beneficial. Typically would have some type of certification such as six sigma.

We have a balanced hybrid working model to ensure you get the flexibility you need, and the successful candidate will spend their time between working in the office and working from home.
Major Duties :
1. Responsible for researching and responding to complex inquiries related to
client onboarding, documentation, CITS services and operational processes.
2. May work as part of a team or multiple locations model that provide high
quality, interim solutions to CITS function teams, client servicing teams or
clients.
3. Will support activities large in scope, cross-functional and technically
difficult and complex, therefore, must have in-depth knowledge of the business
unit/function.
4. Provides leadership in developing, implementing and administrating change
that support the strategic goals.
5. Role balanced between execution of the business strategic goals and high
level operational development and implementation.
6. Provides consultative oversight and expert advice on operational
capabilities to client servicing teams, project committees and management.
Consults with leadership, team and partners at a high technical level.
7. Operates independently; has in-depth knowledge of business unit /
function.
8. Strategic in developing, implementing and administering programs within
functional areas.

Knowledge :
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
• In-depth Functional / Industry Knowledge is required
• Highly flexible and adaptable to change
• Technical skills / systems knowledge (e.g. Peoplesoft) is required
• Leadership and organizational skills are required to help determine the
Business Unit's goals, resources needed, and help assess and assist in the
development of the skills of the staff.
Experience :
- A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience is required / preferred.
- Related Industry qualification (e.g. ACCA) is required / preferred
