Senior Growth Strategist, Startpage

This is not a traditional marketing role. It’s a high-visibility, high- ownership position for a creative builder who wants to shape how a category- defining product scales. You’ll report directly to the General Manager of Startpage, operate with significant autonomy, and lead the programs that accelerate acquisition, activation, and loyalty across web, app, and browser experiences.

If you’re a roll-up-your-sleeves builder and an AI-powered strategist who takes ideas from 0→1, this is your stage.

This position is an onsite role requiring you to work in our headquarters located at 4235 Redwood Ave. Los Angeles, CA 90066.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $133,000 - 182,875 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
