This position serves as the primary point of contact for dealer and retail customers, guiding service and warranty concerns from initial contact through resolution. You will combine technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and customer advocacy to ensure every interaction reflects Barletta's commitment to quality, integrity, and excellence.

** What You 'll Do**

• Serve as the primary contact for dealer and customer service inquiries.
• Manage warranty and service cases from initial contact through resolution.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and service guidance.
• Process warranty claims, parts orders, and RMAs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Suppliers to resolve product concerns.
• Support service campaigns, recalls, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and customer communications.

What We 're Looking For

• Technical degree in Marine Technology or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Occasional travel as needed.
