We’re looking for a *Product Delivery / Automation Associate* to join our growing office in Riga. You’ll be an essential part of our growing IT team, helping us develop new technical solutions for multiple digital touch- points across the business.

*What you’ll be doing*

• Take newly developed features and drive them toward production
• Run lightweight checks to confirm functionality works as expected
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and deployment risks
• Automate repetitive validation and release-related tasks
• Coordinate between developers and stakeholders to unblock releases
• Improve how features are shipped (speed, reliability, repeatability)
• Gradually build scripts/tools that reduce manual intervention

*About you, you have*

• Technical mindset (could be from dev, ops, data, or product background)
• Interest in automation and process optimization
• Comfortable working with APIs, tools, and systems (not just UI)
• Strong ownership: you don’t wait for instructions
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving product environment
• Ability to quickly understand how things should work
• Not afraid to get hands-on and experiment
• A collaborative and team-oriented personality
• Bonus: experience in fintech, payments, or EMI-related systems

*Tech (flexible depending on your background):*

• API testing tools (Postman, REST clients)
• Automation frameworks for UI tests
• Basic scripting (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
• CI/CD exposure is a plus
