We’re looking for an IT Delivery Manager to join our growing office in Riga. You’ll be an essential part of our growing IT team, helping us develop new technical solutions for multiple digital touch-points across the business.

*What you’ll be doing *

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of products, integrations, and system changes.

• Manage projects from requirements and planning through development, UAT, release, and production rollout.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, QA, Operations, Compliance, and external partners.

• Manage delivery plans, priorities, dependencies, risks, and blockers.

• Ensure solutions meet business, regulatory, compliance, and operational requirements.

• Drive release planning and ensure production readiness and successful go-live.

• Track delivery progress and provide clear status updates to stakeholders.

• Support incident resolution and continuous improvement of existing products and processes.

• Improve delivery processes, team collaboration, and overall delivery efficiency.

*About you, you have *

• 3–5+ years of experience in Delivery Management, Project Management, or a similar role.

• Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or financial services.

• Proven experience delivering IT/software projects from requirements through production release.

• Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams.

• Understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.

• Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, dependencies, and stakeholders simultaneously.

• Experience working with external technology providers, banks, or payment partners is an advantage.

• Good understanding of APIs, system integrations, and software development lifecycle; coding experience is not required.

*Tech: *

• Strong technical background in software/IT systems.

• Understanding of APIs, integrations, databases, and data flows.

• Experience working with Developers, QA, DevOps, and Architects.

• Fintech/payments technical experience is highly desirable.
