Role Summary:

Seeking an afterhours manager/supervisor is to ensure that productivity, quality, and efficiency standards are met. They will supervise staff, coordinate workflows, resolve operational issues, and report to upper management.

** Key Responsibilities:**

• Team Management:
  • Supervise and support frontline staff.
  • Assist in scheduling and delegation of tasks.
  • Monitor performance and provide feedback.
• Operational Oversight:
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Monitor output to meet production targets.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
• Compliance and Safety:
  • Enforce company policies and safety procedures.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and training.
• Reporting and Documentation:
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on performance metrics.
  • Track inventory, materials and job progress.
  • Maintain accurate records of nightly performance.
• Problem Solving and Decision Making:
  • Respond quickly to operational issues or emergencies.
  • Make data-driven decisions to improve processes.
  • Coordinate with other departments as needed.
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Suggest improvements for workflow and efficiency.
  • Lead or support special projects and change management efforts.
