What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering high-quality, patient-centred dental care
- Leading the clinical growth and direction of the practice
- Building and growing a strong, loyal patient base
- Acting as the face of the practice within the local community
- Collaborating with a national support network while enjoying clinical autonomy

- Full-time remuneration of $200K plus 35% commission (wash-up)

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking an experienced clinician who is ready to take the next step into a leadership role within a growing community.
You’ll bring:
- 5+ years of clinical experience in general dentistry
- Strong clinical capability across a wide range of procedures
- A patient-first approach and excellent communication skills
- The ability to lead, mentor, and build a high-performing practice
- Registration (or eligibility) with the Dental Council of New Zealand (DCNZ)
- A current Annual Practising Certificate (or ability to obtain one)
