*You. In a nutshell:*

We are seeking a *Senior Data Analyst* who brings strong analytical thinking, business curiosity, and hands-on technical expertise. You will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that guide strategic and operational decisions across Rauva.

You’ll work closely with Product, Finance, Operations and Engineering teams to define metrics, build dashboards, analyse customer behaviour, and uncover opportunities to improve our products and business performance. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous business problems with data and communicating insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

*What's the role:*

You’ll manage a full data stack, from raw ingestion to business intelligence, and be the bridge between raw data and company decisions. You will turn complex datasets into clear insights, build reliable reporting, and contribute to the evolution of Rauva’s data management infrastructure.

*What You'll Do*

• Partner with Product, Finance, Operations and Engineering to define and track metrics that matter (activation, churn, revenue, retention)
• Define, monitor, and improve key business and product metrics, including activation, churn, revenue, retention, engagement, funnel conversion, and customer behaviour.
• Manage the analytics infrastructure: Airflow DAG orchestration, Meltano pipelines, Superset dashboards
• Drive data governance with OpenMetadata (lineage, definitions, access policies)
• Build and maintain marts consumed by the business, design and evolve the DW
• Translate ambiguous business questions into structured data products.
• Build and maintain clear, reliable, and scalable dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Superset and Metabase.
• Analyse user journeys, product usage, financial behaviour, and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Help ensure consistent metric definitions across the company, contributing to Rauva’s data governance practices.
• Use SQL and analytical techniques to extract, clean, transform, and interpret data from different sources.
• Proactively identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities to improve reporting and decision-making.
• Contribute to a culture of data-driven thinking across Rauva.

*What We're Looking For*

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, product analytics, financial analytics, or a similar role.
• Hands-on with dbt, SQL, and cloud data warehouses (Redshift, BigQuery, or Snowflake)
• Experience building end-to-end pipelines (ingestion → transformation → visualization)
• Experience with dashboarding and visualization tools (Superset, Looker, Metabase)
• Strong instinct for data quality
• Proven AI experience, not only as a consumer, but also as a builder
• Can communicate clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with Python is a plus
• Comfortable with regulatory context in fintech
• Ideally, previous experience in Credit and Fintech
