Postpaid Segment Specialist

stc Kuwait is actively recruiting for the role of Postpaid Segment Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible of all tactics of acquisition, stimulation, promotions & the new products/services targeted towards post-paid current and potential customers in an effort to in achieving post-paid subscriber number and revenues.

Roles And Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

• Support the development and execution of the post-paid segment strategy, roadmap, and budget, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer experience goals.

• Contribute to product, pricing, and promotion planning, including business cases, market testing, financial viability assessment, and performance monitoring.

• Drive initiatives to acquire, grow, and retain post-paid customers, optimizing lifecycle management, base revenue, and service diversification.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and other stakeholders to define business rules, credit policies, and go-to-market plans.

• Prepare and deliver marketing communications, training materials, and internal enablement for new post-paid products and services.

• Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity, generate performance reports, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement based on best practices.
