Job Description

Support the implementation of talent and learning programmes, including coordination of training sessions and development initiatives

Track and monitor Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and learning progress
-
Assist in conducting Development Needs Analysis (DNA) and compiling insights
-
Coordinate logistics for training, workshops, and leadership development programmes
-
Support onboarding and orientation activities, including digital and system-based processes
-
Maintain and update learning records, reports, and training databases
-
Assist in employee engagement activities such as surveys, 360 feedback collection, and event coordination
-
Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g. HRBPs) and external vendors to ensure smooth programme delivery

Conduct and facilitate in-house HR training programs and workshops, including the design and preparation of training materials.

Executive talent and organisational activities in ensuring the smooth and effective delivery including optimisation, stakeholder coordination and accurate tracking of program outcomes.

Provide general support for the execution of talent and organisational development activities
-
Be familiar with available training grants and subsidies, and facilitate their application in relation to training, including the coordination with statutory bodies.
Requirements
-
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Development, or a related field.

5 or more years of experience in Talent Management, Organisational Development, and leadership development supporting the designing and delivering of progressing training and development programs that fulfil organisation goals and employees’ skill gaps.
