About the opportunity
This is a great opportunity within the Safety & Wellbeing function to support the quality delivery of key programs and initiatives, partnering with key stakeholders to drive effective project delivery timeframes and strengthen safety systems across the organisation.
Key activities
- Develop and maintain project management plans, track milestones and report progress
- Develop and maintain project schedules to support delivery of tasks and activities
- Support stakeholders with consultation and communication on project initiatives
- Maintain and update safety systems, documents, tools and records
- Design and manage SharePoint pages to support access to safety information
- Review incident data and support reporting and analysis of trends
About you
You are a proactive and organised coordinator with strong administrative capability and a customer-focused approach. You bring the ability to manage competing priorities while building effective relationships across a broad range of stakeholders.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Strong administrative capability in a customer-focused environment
- Strong time management and ability to manage competing demands
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite including Excel, Word, SharePoint, Teams and PowerPoint
- Proactive and flexible approach to work
- Exposure to safety management systems and incident management databases
