LUBRICANT SPECIALTIES AND ADDITIVES DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER

You’ll carry out your daily tasks as part of a professionally skilled, supportive team.

You will:

  • Develop new lubricant products and improve the competitiveness of the existing product portfolio based on market and technological trends.

  • Provide technical leadership for product development projects from concept to launch, including coordination of experiments, tests and documentation.

  • Maintain contact with domestic and international raw material suppliers, and collaborate with the procurement, production, quality assurance and sales departments.

  • Provide technical support to the sales organization and expertise in handling complaints, and customer requests.

  • Prepare product-related technical documentation, technical analyses and knowledge materials.

  • Provide expert support in internal and external projects and professional collaborations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • University or College degree preferably in Chemist (MSc) or Chemical engineer (MSc)

  • Chemical formulations, chemical syntheses experience

  • Intermediate English and Hungarian language skills (min. B2)

  • Skilled MS Office user

  • Team player

  • Good communication skills

  • Customer value oriented behaviour

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Experience in development and production of chemicals

  • PhD degree in chemistry

  • Tribology studies and/or experience

  • Instrumental analytics experience

  • Project leadership skills

  • Experimental design and IP knowledge

  • German language skills

  • Driving licence, category B
