Downstream Finance Business Partner

📍 Location: MOL Campus, Budapest (on-site) And/Or Danube Refinery, Százhalombatta

Your Role:

• Serve as the key finance contact for a dedicated business area within the Downstream segment, collaborate with stakeholders across departments and countries

• Prepare cashflow models for the upcoming CAPEX investments

• Provide financial support for investment projects

• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes

• Support business planning and forecasting activities

What We’re Looking For:

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Controlling

• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience

• Fluency in business English and in Hungarian with strong communication skills

• Service- and process-oriented mindset with attention to detail

• Proactive, problem-solving approach

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Strong MS Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint)

• A proactive, analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insights and actions.
