The Role
You will be part of a team dedicated to our residents, contributing to a model of care that goes above and beyond every day. Every day you will be making a difference in people’s lives, building fabulous relationships with our residents and their families.
Duties include:

Laundering, pressing/ironing and folding items such as linen towelling and residents’ garments

Cleaning/kitchen cloths, mops and garments,
-
Utilising washing, drying, extracting, pressing, folding or other industrial machines/equipment, as required

Collection and distribution of personal effects mistakenly sent to the laundry
To be successful you will have
-
Ideally your background will be in laundries or cleaning within aged care or hospitality.

Friendly, positive outlook and ability to work in a team

Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and co-workers

Friendly, positive outlook and ability to work in a team

Valid working rights in Australia

Complete a National Police Check and or a NDIS Workers Check (or willingness to obtain) prior to commencement
