Pre-Sales Solution Architect

About the Role

We're looking for a Pre-Sales Solution Architect to join our team and play a key role in shaping the technical solutions that win our customers over. You'll be the bridge between our customers, sales, engineering, vendors, and delivery teams — translating business needs into solid, sellable ICT solutions across the entire sales lifecycle.

If you have strong technical depth in enterprise networking and managed services, paired with the communication skills to explain complex solutions clearly to customers, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Customer Engagement

• Meet with customers to understand their business and technical requirements
• Lead requirement-gathering workshops
• Analyze existing customer infrastructure and identify improvement opportunities
• Provide technical consultation and best-practice recommendations
• Deliver solution presentations and product demonstrations
• Support Proof of Concept (POC) activities

Solution Design

• Design end-to-end ICT solutions
• Produce High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), Solution Architecture documents, Network Topology Diagrams, and Bills of Materials (BOM)
• Prepare sizing and capacity planning
• Ensure solutions align with industry best practices

Proposal & Tender Support

• Prepare technical proposals and Scope of Work (SOW) documents
• Produce technical compliance matrices
• Review customer RFP/RFQ/RFI documents
• Identify technical risks and assumptions
• Support tender clarifications

Technical Documentation

• Prepare and maintain HLDs, LLDs, Solution Architecture, Implementation Plans, Migration Plans, Risk Assessments, Technical Proposals, Acceptance Test Plans, and As-Built Documentation

What We're Looking For

• Strong technical knowledge across enterprise networking and managed services
• Proven experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, or a related technical consulting role
• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills
• Comfortable presenting to and consulting with both technical and business stakeholders
• Experience preparing RFP/RFQ/RFI responses and technical proposals is a strong plus
