Warehouse Shipping Lead

Oversee daily warehouse staff/operations ensuring that all outgoing orders are accurate, packed correctly, shipped correctly and processed in the system of record.
**What you will be responsible for: **
- Ensure that all warehouse personnel follow policies and procedures for inventory-handling. Direct warehouse personnel as necessary.
- Inspect outgoing material against shipping paperwork.
- Ensure material is packed according to the requirement of the order.
- Verify outgoing orders to repair vendors are accurate
- Schedule pickup from commercial carriers
- Responsible for maintaining accuracy of the MIS and accuracy of the physical inventory.
- All other duties as assigned
