JDE Analyst

**Job Summary **
OSCO Group Services is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical JD Edwards (JDE) Analyst to support, maintain, and enhance ERP processes across our business units. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of operations within JD Edwards EnterpriseOne. The successful candidate will work closely with Payroll, Finance, Operations and IT teams to support system functionality, improve processes, and ensure data integrity across the organization.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in JDE with a solid understanding of business processes in a construction and manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for JD Edwards modules
- Configure, maintain, and enhance JDE functionality
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and improve workflows
- Develop and maintain reports, queries, and dashboards to support reconciliation, audits, and financial reporting
- Support system upgrades and integrations
- Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency, automation, and data accuracy within operational functions
- Assist with testing, documentation, and implementation of enhancements and fixes
- Provide end-user training and documentation for system users
- Work with external vendors to resolve system-related issues
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience supporting JD Edwards ERP systems
- Financial Management (GL integration)
- Proficiency with SQL, reporting tools, and data analysis
- Understanding of data flows, integrations, and system interfaces
Technical Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience supporting JD Edwards ERP systems
- Financial Management (GL integration)
- Proficiency with SQL, reporting tools, and data analysis
- Understanding of data flows, integrations, and system interfaces
Business Requirements
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, or industrial environments is an asset
- Experience supporting Canadian payroll (taxes, deductions, compliance) is highly desirable
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data
- Ability to write advanced queries and perform in-depth data analysis
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong team collaborator with exceptional communication and organizational skills
