@Orchard LLC is seeking an experienced Program Analyst to support a highly visible NOAA National Ocean Service (NOS) program. The ideal candidate will have experience planning and coordinating meetings, conferences, and events. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize virtual and in-person meetings and logistics related to meetings and events.
- Assist in drafting and distributing meeting agendas and materials for the events and conferences.
- Prepare presentation materials and provide on-site support for executive leadership.
- Edit and organize meeting minutes to distribute and post on the portal after each event.
- Maintain the federal database by updating records after public meetings or membership changes.
- Any additional duties assigned by the program leadership.
